1. Characteristics:
1. Huiyuan brand zinc oxide used specially in rubber industry has smaller particle size, stronger activities, stronger decentrality and more even granule than the ordinary zinc oxide. It plays a role of sulfide. It can improve the crosslinking density of vulcanized rubber. Thus make vulcanization more thoroughly.
2. It can improve the melt viscosity. It can also improve the adhesion of rubber, steel wire and skeleton materials.
3. Dynamic mechanical performance is good. Rubber products have small deformation, less heat and good wear-resisting. These make it has good resistance to aging.
2. Usage:
Huiyuan brand zinc oxide used specially in rubber industry is mainly used in the production of radial ply tyre, diagonal tyre, conveyor belt, rubber sac, adhesive tape, rubber shoes, latex gloves and other rubber products. The performances of their products fully meet the national ministry of chemical industry and the United States ASTM standards.
